Deb Favier has extensive experience working with young people, families, and communities from diverse backgrounds in the areas of education, community development, and refugee and migrant settlement. With a strong commitment to inclusion, equity, and community development, Deb believes in the importance of creating safe, welcoming spaces where communities, and particularly young people, can come together to build confidence, develop resilience, and form meaningful connections.

Driven by the belief that sport can be a catalyst for social cohesion, Deb sees TLY as a powerful vehicle to foster teamwork, resilience, leadership, and mutual respect, and is committed to creating opportunities for young people from all backgrounds to connect, grow, and thrive through sport.
