Bakary Fall is the Program Director at Talim Legacy Youth (TLY), leading the design and delivery of programs that empower young people through sport, mentorship, and community engagement. He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where young people can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and stay connected to their communities.

Bakary also serves as President of the Future Leaders Advisory Group with Multicultural Australia, where he works alongside young people and government to contribute to strategy, advocacy, and initiatives that strengthen opportunities for diverse communities. Through his leadership, he is committed to supporting the next generation to grow, lead, and create positive change both on and off the field.
